Furthermore, our kickboxing curriculum seamlessly complements our Kadgamala Karate program, offering practical techniques that directly apply to kickboxing. While heavy bag workouts are a staple in our classes, please note that they have not yet been incorporated into our current location.

Kickboxing Curriculums


Shogun Dojo's Kickboxing class welcomes students of all ages, although our current program is tailored specifically for individuals aged 13 and older, as certain conceptual ideologies may not be fully absorbed by younger students.

Our kickboxing course operates without a fixed completion timeframe, offering an open-ended program where individuals progress based on their own goals. Some common objectives achieved within our kickboxing program include:

  • Weight loss
  • Martial arts proficiency
  • Improvement in physical performance metrics such as stamina, cardio, strength, speed, and coordination
  • Promotion of a healthy lifestyle

Our program also complements and can be directed towards tournament participation. Shogun Dojo's Kickboxing students often demonstrate exceptional skill in their fights, as our focus is centered on finesse and prowess.

As a Shogun Dojo Kickboxing Student, you can expect to do the following:

  • Body weight exercises (Push ups, sit ups, squats)
  • Cardio exercises
